Postoperatief en endogeen: OOK altijd lokale therapie:
Intravitreaal
vancomycine 1 mg in 0,1 ml
+ ceftazidim 2,2 mg in 0,1 ml
+ dexamethason 0,4 mg in 0,1 ml
Het is te overwegen 3-5 dgn prednisolon 1 mg/kg po te geven.
