General comments
Palatum/pharynxplastiek bij kinderen met schisis:
cefazoline 40 mg/kg, éénmalig (max. 2000 mg)
+
metronidazol 10 mg/kg, éénmalig (max. 500 mg).
Bij penicilline-allergie
clindamycine 20 mg/kg iv éénmalig (max. dosering 600 mg).
Bekend vooraf MRSA positief:
vancomycine 10 mg/kg iv, maximaal 1000 mg, 1-2 uur voor de ingreep.
