General comments
Bij extrameningeale cryptokokkose cryptokokkenmeningitis altijd middels liquorpunctie uitsluiten.
Secundaire profylaxe: bij HIV totdat CD4 gedurende ≥3 maanden >100 cellen/mm3 en ondetecteerbare HIV-load.
Bij therapie met flucytosine overweeg drugmonitoring (TDM) in overleg met de apotheker.
