General comments
Gebruik van miconazolbevattende preparaten (ook voor lokaal gebruik) wordt afgeraden aan patienten die acenocoumarol of fenprocoumon gebruiken vanwege relevante verstoring van het antistollingsniveau.
Kies dan voor ketoconazol topical 2 dd 7 dagen.
