General comments
Continueer aansluitend aan de eradicatiekuur de PPI 1dd (!) gedurende 4 weken. De (NHG) werkgroep heeft een voorkeur om esomeprazol als PPI te adviseren bij een eradicatiebehandeling, omdat bij esomeprazol geen effect van CYP2C19-variaties op het eradicatiepercentage wordt gevonden.
Keuze van antibiotica regime is afhankelijk of de lokale prevalentie van resistentie voor claritromycine en/of metronidazol kleiner of groter dan 15% is
Bismuth is in Nederland niet meer geregistreerd
protonpompremmer: pantoprazol 40 mg 2 dd po
Bismuthsubnitraat kan via de ziekenhuisapotheek in Nij Smellinghe (Drachten) als bereiding worden aangevraagd. De dosering is 4dd 400mg capsule gedurende 14 dagen (omrekening zoutvorm: bismuthoxide 4dd 120mg = bismuthsubnitraat 4dd 400mg).
