General comments

  • Primair cholecystectomie of drainage, geen antibiotica (antibiotica alleen bij ernstig zieke patiënt).
  • Indien antibiotische behandeling geïndiceerd is: bij cholecystectomie of goede drainage: 48 uur behandelen, bij onvolledige drainage 10-14 dg.
  • Bij zeer ernstig zieke patiënt toevoegen gentamicine 1 dd iv volgens TDM gentamicine
  • Voor advies middelen iv orale switch bij intra-abdominale infecties link door naar Switchprotocol.
