General comments
Bij gebleken gevoeligheid wordt combinatietherapie niet aanbevolen, tenzij hoge bacteriële load, zoals bijv. niet-gedraineerde abcessen.
Dosering ceftazidim evt. verlagen op basis van MIC.
Eventueel switch naar ciprofloxacine 750 mg 2 dd po (bij gebleken gevoeligheid).
