General comments
Aanpassen op geleide kweek.
Na 2-3 wk switch naar oraal indien mogelijk op geleide kweek. Totale therapieduur 4 tot 6 weken.
Bij gerichte therapie bij bekende verwekker is het bij sommige antibiotica mogelijk om eerder van iv naar oraal te switchen.
